1. Where can I download the app and register?

2. How to purchase a subscription?
- After registration is complete, choose a subscription type. Total value of subscription (its price + bonus) is what you will be able to spend on workouts:
- Bonus:
- Choose Subscription activation date:
- Enter promotional code (if available) for a discount. First purchase of a subscription together with a promo code “SPORTS50” grants you a 50% discount.
- Press the button “Next”:
- In Payment screen complete the transaction with a Payment card

3. How to find and attend Gyms?
- Use Search Filters (Location, Name of sports club, Type of workout) in the tab Gyms:

4. How to find and attend Group workouts?
For majority of cases you don't need to book workouts in advance. However, those workouts that need to be booked in advance can be found in Workouts tab. Number of attendees for these workouts can be limited. In any case - you can book (make a reservation) a workout in advance.
- To book a workout in advance, go to Workouts or List of Gyms and choose your workout:

Sports subscription

How is the subscription price spent?
By attending sports clubs, trainings and workouts, you spend the amount (subscription fee + bonus) credited to your personal account in app. For each attendance its cost is deducted and the balance of the subscription is reduced - until fully exhausted.
- There are 4 types of subscriptions:
- Each subscription has an additional bonus added to it:

Total sum of subscription is spent on attending gyms and workouts - until balance is exhausted.

Auto-renew function
Auto-renew option automatically purchases next subscription for you - identical to the previous one, and applies a 5% discount for continuous renewal as well. By default, this function is enabled, but if you wish so - you can disable this feature.
- To enable/disable this function, go to Profile:

Sport clubs attending

What are the available options for me in a sports club?
ll available options of a particular sports club or fitness studio are reflected in the About the sports club section in our app. Clubs with an hourly rate indicate that in their Club Profile. In majority of cases there are no additional restrictions, though. If the there’s a time limitation - it is also indicated in app - in the Workout Description.

How many times a day can I work out?
You need to press the check-in button before attending the club - about 5 minutes before entering the premises. Administration of the club will see the registration of your attendance and you will receive a key. This operation will be counted as one attendance until you leave the sports club. In some cases, there is a limited time you can be in a sports club - this information is always indicated in app - in the Workout Description.

What do I need to do when I arrive at the club?
Every time you attend the club you need to do a check-in with the SPORTLEX app and show a confirmation (key) to the club administration. In some cases, club may ask an ID for additional identification of the person.
- In the section Clubs choose a workout or sports club in which you are planning to attend:
- When you are already at the premises, click the Attend button:
- After clicking the Attend button, show its confirmation to the administration.

Booking workouts in advance
Workout schedule can be found in the Activities section. By using filters, you can filter lessons by Name of sports club, Type of workout and Time. Group workouts can be purchased in advance as well.
- To purchase a workout in advance - choose the required workout in the Workouts or Schedule of the club sections:
- Select the required day, time and workout:

Freezing and transferring of subscription, subscription renewal

Freezing and transferring of subscription
Subscription transfer (balance on the subscription) - 5 euros
Freeze a subscription (extension of its validity date) - 0.50 euros per day

Top up the balance
If you have exhausted the subscription balance before the expiry of its validity date, you can
replenish it for any desired sum to continue attending workouts.
- To top up the balance of the subscription go to Profile:
- Select Balance, and then click the Add funds button:
- Enter the required sum without cents and click the Add funds button:

Auto-renew function
Auto-renew function automatically purchases next subscription for you, identical to the previous, and also automatically applies a discount for continuous renewal (5%). You can disable this feature.
- To enable/disable this function, go to Profile:

Discount for continuous subscription renewal
The discount for continuous renewal of the subscription is 5%. For example: subscription ends on May 17 and to receive a 5% discount the next subscription is to be activated on the 18th of May. If within a month time you did not manage to spend all of the balance - by making a continuous purchase the remaining positive balance is transferred to the next month automatically.

Transfer of the Balance
If the subscription expires soon, but you did manage to fully use all of its balance, you can purchase the next subscription before the current one expires. Then the remaining balance will be automatically transferred to the next month. You will also receive an additional 5% discount for continuous subscription renewal.
- To purchase a subscription, go to Profile:
- Choose Subscription:
- Click the Buy Another button:
* The sum that is to be transferred cannot exceed the cost of active subscription.
For example - if you’ve got a BEGINNER subscription for 19 euros, you cannot transfer more than 19 euros
* Activate a new subscription the next date the current subscription expires

Health Insurance

Use of a Health Insurance
You can use your health insurance that includes a Sports program and receive a refund from your insurance company by providing an Attendance Report from Sportlex app.
For this you need to:
- purchase a Sportlex subscription via our app
- ask your insurance company which workouts they are covering
- ALWAYS ask the administration to register (check-in) your attendance in to the system manually. It’s not necessary to register a visit in app by yourself
- print out or forward the report to your insurance company at the end of the month

Additional questions

Refunds
Taking into account the Law of the Republic of Latvia "On Protection of Consumer Rights" you have the right to refuse to purchase and ask for a refund within 14 days of making said purchase. Please note that this can only be granted if user has yet not started to use his subscription. If there was at least one attendance, cost of a subscription cannot be refunded.

Obtaining a subscription for a child
With the permission of parents, a child can have his own subscription. In the app you need to enter your child’s personal info. Please inform sports club administration on the consent of parents for a kid to attend sports activities.

Transferring a subscription to another person
By contacting us via e-mail info@sportlex.lv you can transfer your subscription to another person. Transferring a subscription does not mean sharing it collectively by several persons.
